The BeetilDudes have been hard at work and we’re pleased to announce that Beetil, the world’s most user friendly service management solution, is coming out of beta!
Whilst we’re taking the beta badge off, no product is ever truly finished and you’ll see more and more Beetil goodies coming over the next few weeks and months. But we’ve all got to earn an honest living, and so can’t keep on giving away service management goodness for free (however nice this makes us feel!)
We want to take this opportunity to really thank our beta customers, for helping make Beetil the awesome product that it is. You have been brilliant.
How much is it gonna cost?
Our subscription pricing is based on a per user per month basis. And by user we mean “service desk” user, as opposed to customers (which are totally free!)
We’ve split the pricing into three tiers:
Prices in NZ Dollars (for NZ customers only, exclusive of GST)
NZ$40 per user per month for each of your first 5 users.
NZ$33 per user per month for users 6-25
NZ$25 per user per month thereafter
Prices in US Dollars:
US$25 per user per month for each of your first 5 users.
US$20 per user per month for users 6-25
US$15 per user per month thereafter
Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance.
If you have a large number of users within your organisation then please feel free to contact us as we would be more than happy to discuss an arrangement that will suit. And if you want billing in your own currency, then again, we’re happy to accommodate.
How do I signup?
Go to the signup page, and you’ll be up and running within seconds. You’ll get 30 days usage for free. Nearer your billing time we will contact you regarding your users, and the subscriptions you’ll need. Keep an eye out, but you’ll soon see a billing management option under the administration section. You’ll be able to manage it all from here.
